STARTUP AT YOUNG (17-18)AGE WITH 3000 RUPEES. Mr. Ameen was very young belongs to a middle class family. he always wanted to do his own business but family's financial situations and health was not allowing him to dream about any business startup. he's two brothers was also studying at that time. 6 members of family depended on his fathers 4 digit salary. but he always think positive. he left the college and started looking for a job. he went to Mohali and met a coordinator for job. the coordinator ask for 2000/- rupees but he had only 1500/- rupees. he have to pay rent and traveling also. however he arranged 2000 and paid him. but the coordinator didn't give him any job and didn't repay him as well. Ameen searched a job by himself and did the job for few months. at that time he afford only one meal in a day and a tiny room with one light and fan only. when he realize nothing is happening here he decided to get back to his village. he was at the bus stop he get emotional and said one day I'll come back. he started his VIP numbers business with 300 rupees in pocket from his village. after 2 years of hard work in his village he came back and now Vip Hexa is a establish company in the same city (Mohali, Chandigarh).

CONFLICT epileptic seizures and a major injury on brain. when Mr. Khan was returning home from his college on bicycle he had an accident with a bike. he had a major injury on head and lost his memory for short period. after recovery he got symptoms of epileptic seizures. he suffer with epileptic seizure for many years but he never gave up on life or on his work.

Motivation at very young age he was on regular medicines which cause him lose his most of the time in sleeping. then he decided to make his self well at his own. medicine cause him deep sleep laziness and more side effects. so he started meditation and that gave him focus and motivation for his work and life. when no one understands his suffering then he motivated his own self for good. Mr. Ameen khan said when he makes his first deal and earned first pay he was motivated. till now every satisfied customer with small deal or big makes him motivated.

Purpose " l don't want to make big profits or big industries i want to make big place in people's heart. i want to make people happy with our services profit is secondary for me" - Ameen khan.
